Workers' Daily, September 28 -- On September 28, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council held a release ceremony for the list of industrial cultural heritage (machinery manufacturing) of central enterprises in CRRC, and 15 industrial cultural heritage sites from CRRC, Harbin Electric Power Group, State Machinery Group, FAW, China First Heavy Industry and COMAC were shortlisted.
 
The 15 industrial cultural heritages are the Erqi Locomotive Assembly Plant, the historical buildings and equipment of Beijing Zhangjiakou Railway, the Jinan Machine Factory of Tianjin Pudong Railway Administration, the first water turbine generator set in New China - Suxiong Unit, the first tractor manufacturer, the first Jiefang truck, the first domestic car - Dongfeng Jinlong Car, the factory area of Fulaerji Production Base, the former site of Dalian Shahekou Railway Factory, the Guangdong Han Railway General Machinery Factory Qishuyan Locomotive Repair and Manufacture Factory, Jiefang "No. 81" Steam Locomotive, FAW Hongqi CA770 Body Assembly Platform, China's first man-made diamond hexahedral press, China's first large jet passenger aircraft with independent intellectual property rights - Yunshi Aircraft.
 
The industrial cultural heritage listed today is a national important tool, deeply engraved with the glorious imprint of history.
 
Beside the world-famous Lugou Bridge is the Erqi Locomotive Assembly Plant with a history of more than 120 years. It is the birthplace of the world-famous "Erqi" strike on the Beijing Wuhan Railway; The former site of Dalian Shahekou Railway Workshop was completed in July 1911, where the five changes of "Mao Zedong" locomotive were born; The First Tractor Manufacturing Factory of the State Machinery Group is the first tractor manufacturing factory in New China, which has built the first tractor in China and opened the prelude to China's modern agricultural mechanization; The first Jiefang truck, CA10, ended the history of China's inability to make cars by itself and realized the historical leap of China's automobile industry from scratch; The first successful flight of the "Yun-10" aircraft in September 1980 filled the gap that China's civil aviation industry could not manufacture large aircraft, and formed China's earliest large passenger aircraft technology system; In June 1951, Harbin Electric Machinery Plant of Harbin Electric Power Group, which had just been born, received the instruction of Premier Zhou Enlai from Northeast Electric Power Bureau, and successfully manufactured the first water turbine generator unit in new China under the condition of extremely backward productivity; The factory area of Fulaerji Production Base of China First Heavy Industry Group is the first modern comprehensive heavy equipment manufacturing enterprise established after the founding of New China, and is known as a living "industrial cultural heritage".
